The Red Sox have a strong chance to win and cover the +1.5 spread because Brayan Bello has historically dominated in Yankee Stadium, carrying a 1.44 ERA in five career starts there. Boston’s bullpen is in excellent shape after Crochet handled the bulk of Game 1, leaving high-leverage arms like Whitlock and Slaten rested and ready. Offensively, Alex Cora can load up his lineup with right-handed bats who match up well against Carlos Rodón’s lefty fastball-slider combo, forcing him into long counts. The Red Sox have already proven they can handle Rodón this season, as he’s struggled with a 5.74 ERA in three 2025 starts against them. Cora’s postseason track record gives Boston an edge in late-game decision-making, especially in close contests. Even if they don’t win outright, Boston’s ability to keep the game tight makes covering the +1.5 spread highly likely. Now we already have money on this series for the Sox to win at +135. There is too much value in this game. The Sox at +170 in some spots. Everyone is on the Yankees and I love fading in spots like this! Let’s roll💪
