Dak’s control of the pocket and Schottenheimer’s scheme give Dallas a significant advantage against Washington’s inconsistent pass rush, which has struggled to generate pressure without blitzing. The Cowboys’ offensive line has also improved over the past few weeks, giving Pollard and the short-yardage run game room to sustain drives. Meanwhile, Jayden Daniels will likely be forced into long third downs without his top targets, allowing Dallas’ defensive front to dictate tempo.
