Texas Rangers @ Boston Red Sox 1:35pm EST
Red Sox are coming off a 6-4 win against the Rangers at home. This series sits 1-1 Red Sox and I think it might go to 2-1 but that’s not what I’m looking at in this one. The Rangers have one of the worst offenses in baseball but are almost .500 meaning they have great defense that doesn’t have a lot errors. And The Red Sox are one of the best teams in terms of errors as well. These two teams have played 6 times so far this year and gone under everytime except last night. The Sox have Bello on the mound, who has a 2.55 era and the Rangers have Leiter going. Leiter has pitched well this year- his numbers don’t reflect that because of one bad outing against the Mariners where he let off 6 runs. He’s a young kid who’s already pitched against the Red Sox and only let off 1 run in his debut. If both these guys limit the walks, this game will go under.

Los Angeles Dodgers @ Arizona Diamondbacks 9:40pm EST
The Diamond Backs are at home in the first game of this series with the Dodgers. They are coming off a series loss to the Mets and now face the hot Dodgers. When I look at this game I see a couple things— the Dodgers are pitching the best pitcher in baseball so far this season in Yamamoto— who has a 0.90 ERA. I expect his stellar play to continue. The Diamondbacks have Pfaadt on the mound. He has played well most of the season but is coming off a tough last outing in which he let off 7 runs to the Phillies. I look for him to bounce back in this one as well. At home his ERA is 2.25. That makes me think this is going to be a pitchers duel. The best pitcher so far this year in baseball vs a young man who is in a great bounce back spot at home. The under is very appealing, with the sharp money coming in on it as well.
