New York Knicks @ Detroit Pistons 7:30pm EST

The Knicks lost last game after being over 5pt favorites. The Pistons on the other hand won the last matchup but have been very subpar at home. The Knicks were a Personal Play last time they were in this building. I think a similar result is inevitable. The Knicks want to close this series out in 6 because as we know anything can happen in a game 7. The Knicks have been the better team in this series. Brunson is coming off of his worst game of the series with only 16pts. I expect a very strong effort for the Knicks here. And I expect them to close it out on the road here. I’ll still take the points though. Only thing that scares me in this game is that some sharp money has come in on Detroit. So bet with caution.

Denver Nuggets @ Los Angeles Clippers 10:00pm EST

Nuggets have played well in this series. Definitely better than expected. They are up 3-2 now in LA where the Clippers have been dominant. The Clippers had the best net rating in the NBA the last 20 games of the regular season. Kawhi hasn’t played great since early in this series. Harden has been subpar as well. The Nuggets just played their best game all series and now travel to the hardest place to play in the NBA besides Boston in my opinion. I expect a better effort from the Clippers on defense here. This is do or die for them here. And this reminds me of the Rockets and Warriors game last night where the Rockets got off to a fast start and controlled the whole game. I expect similar here. Vegas agrees as well. They have the Clippers as 6pt favorites. The public is all over the Nuggets here with more than 70% of the bets placed on them. I’m going to take the Clippers at the original line -6.
