Lugo has been dominant over his last five starts, posting a 1.26 ERA and averaging over six innings per appearance, giving the Royals a solid chance to suppress early scoring. On the other side, Woo has been equally impressive, maintaining a WHIP under 1.00 while excelling at home. Both teams have struggled offensively of late, with Kansas City averaging under 4 runs per game and Seattle showing inconsistency against right-handed pitching. The bullpens for both squads are also top-10 in ERA, giving this game a strong late-inning run suppression outlook.
