I like this game to go over the total of 10 runs due to the combination of shaky starting pitching and a hitter-friendly ballpark. Brady Singer has struggled with command and gives up frequent hard contact, which could be problematic against a Red Sox lineup that’s heating up, especially at Fenway Park. On the other side, Richard Fitts is a young arm with limited experience and a WHIP near 1.30, making him vulnerable to a Reds team that ranks top-10 in steals and aggressive base running. Both bullpens have been inconsistent, with middle relief often leaking runs in high-leverage spots. Fenway’s dimensions favor extra-base hits, and warm summer weather only increases run expectancy. With both teams capable of scoring in bunches and questionable arms on the mound, this matchup sets up well for an offensive shootout.
