Cincinnati Reds @ Milwaukee Brewers 7:40pm EST

The Brewers are coming off an extra inning winner against the Royals. And what a win it was in the 11th inning. Now they are going against a 2-4 Reds team that has lost 2 in a row and was held scoreless in both outings. The Brewers are starting Cortes who was absolutely shelled against the Yankees in the opener and didn’t even get through 3 innings. Letting off 4 homers in the first inning and 5 in the first 3. Now usually I would consider this a bounce back spot for him but with the Reds being shutout two games in a row I expect them to come out firing here early. Lodolo is starting for the Reds and he was great in his first game, only striking out 1 but he still only let up 2 runs in 6 innings and I expect him to be very solid in this one. I also think the Reds are the better defensive team overall. They also have the better coach in Terry Franconia. I think he will be the difference late with some late game adjustments to push this Reds team over the edge. I expect a focused effort here from the them on the road and a good spot to fade the Brewers coming off an emotional extra inning win last night.
