We’ve lost 2 in a row. Need a WIN tonight. I’m going back to a team that’s made us a lot of money this MLB season.

St. Louis Cardinals @ New York Mets 7:10pm EST

The Mets are coming into this one suffering two losses in a row on a 6 game road trip. In which they lost their last 2 games against the Twins. Now the Cardinals on the other hand are really hot on offense right now. They have started off very strong. Leading the Majors in batting average. But they are only 1-5 on the road this season. They were just on a 6 game home stand and now go into Queens, New York to play this superior Mets team. The Mets are playing very good defensively but have struggled with the bats. To me this doesn’t mean much because at home the bats have been a lot better, and it’s undeniable that their offense has a lot of firepower. Once it gets going, it will be one of the top in baseball. I trust them in this spot, 5-1 at home coming off two straight losses. This is a focus spot. I expect a good showing.
