Xavier Musketeers @ Georgetown Hoyas

This game will be a classic Big East matchup. These two teams have had some awesome games in the past and we expect this one to follow suit. One thing to note about this Xavier team is that their last three losses are to #8 Marquette, #11 UConn, and #16 Cincinnati. They lost to UConn on the road by FIVE in OT, Cincinnati on the road by THREE, and Marquette at home by TWO. They have proven they can play with ranked opponents. The Georgetown Hoyas are 11-2 this season while Xavier is 9-5. Georgetown is at home, facing a team with a worse record on paper, and they are only getting favored by 1.5 points. This Georgetown team is solid but is led by nearly all freshmen and sophomores, as they start 2 freshmen, 2 sophomores, and one senior. Given the fact that Xavier has lost three very tight games to significantly better teams than Georgetown, and also the fact that Georgetown has not played a single ranked team all season—give us the Musketeers and the points with a very good chance to win this one outright.
