Minnesota Timberwolves @ Houston Rockets (8:00pm EST)

This game is of two great teams in the Western Conference. The Wolves are really starting to put it together right now. They’ve been hot as of late. Winning against the Mavericks on Christmas Day. The Rockets have started to show signs of immaturity late in games. They have out-performed big time their pre-season expectations. They are going to come back to earth in this one. We’ll take the Wolves on the points

Lean: Tier 2

CFB:

Georgia Tech vs Vanderbilt (3:30pm EST)

We have dousy here in the early game of the bowl games today. Vanderbilt has been heavily over-valued this season after some big wins versus some good teams. But they don’t have the talent to keep up with this very good ACC team in GT. GT’s defense is very good and they extremely well coached. Give us them to cover the 2.5 spread.

Pick: Georgia Tech -2.5

Play: Tier 3

Texas A&M vs USC (10:00pm EST)

We like Texas A&M in this one. They are the better team and should win this one by 7 points. The only problem is some of their key guys are sitting out which could really hurt them as well. We like them but we are not putting our own bankroll on them. We like them especially if they go down early. We would prefer to live them at better value.
