Best Bet: December 14

Gentlemen, we are giving out FIVE best bets today. We are confident in every single pick. Lock in. Cash out.

#17 Texas A&M vs #11 Purdue

The Aggies are taking a road trip up to Indy to face off against a Purdue squad that has already defeated two of the SEC's best (Alabama, Ole Miss). This is a Purdue squad that is extremely top heavy and one that relies very heavily on their "big three" of Fletcher Loyer, Braeden Smith, and Trey Kaufman Renn. Meanwhile, Texas A&M is a more balanced squad, led by senior guards Zhuric Phelps and Wade Taylor. This is an all senior lineup in the SEC, which we fully believe is significantly better than the BIG 10. Texas A&M will walk out on top in this one.

Pick: Texas A&M +2.5

#6 Marquette @ Dayton

Marquette is on the road against a Dayton squad that has been very good this season, and truly should be a ranked team. Marquette has been solid as well, and they are looking for a marquee win here. This line opened up at -1.5 in favor of Marquette, however, the public sentiment flipped this one to -1.5 in favor of the Flyers. We will trust Vegas's initial line and back Marquette to pick up a big one here.

Pick: Marquette +1.5

#1 Tennessee @ Illinois

This game is going to be awesome. Illinois has proven they are serious BIG 10 contenders this year and have picked up some key wins against Wisconsin and Arkansas. On the other side, Tennessee has been bumped up to #1 after Kansas lost two in a row to Creighton and Mizzou. The line sits at -1.5 in favor Tennessee and we find this very unusual. The number one team in the country is only a -1.5 point favorite? Everyone under the sun will be backing Tennessee at this short price. Not us though.

Pick: Illinois +1.5

Oklahoma St @ #13 Oklahoma

This in-state rivalry game will take place at a neutral site in Oklahoma City. Oklahoma has gotten off to a very good start this season, sitting at 9-0. However, we believe this is causing them to become a little overvalued. They have not beaten many good teams, having picked up their best wins against a mediocre Arizona team, Providence, and Louisville. Oklahoma State on the other hand is a very big team with a ton of experience. They are hungry to knock off the Sooners and we believe they have a great shot to do so.

Pick: Oklahoma State +4.5

Gonzaga vs UConn

Gonzaga is coming off of a tough loss to Kentucky in a game that they never should have lost. UConn is not the same team as they were last year and have had a very slow start to the season. Gonzaga is the better team and we expect them to bounce back in a big way here in New York City.

Pick: Gonzaga -2.5
